I’m Twinkle Budhraja, a product designer and builder working across research, strategy, interface design, and systems thinking.

I grew up in a family where becoming an engineer was the dream, and for a long time, it was mine too. I pursued Computer Engineering, fascinated by how things worked and how they were built. Somewhere along the journey, I realized I was equally drawn to the experiences surrounding them.

To me, experience doesn’t end at screens. It’s in conversations, interactions, and the small moments that shape how people feel. I’ve always been naturally curious about people, and that curiosity became the foundation of my work.

It kept me going through internships, freelancing gigs, agency life, and product teams. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to help launch products from scratch across startups and enterprises, turning early ideas into experiences people actually use.

My engineering background continues to influence how I think.

As the boundaries between engineering, design, and product continue to blur, I believe understanding systems, data, and core functionality matters just as much as crafting beautiful interfaces. I’ve always believed that strong experiences are built on evidence, collaboration, and a deep understanding of both people and technology.

That journey eventually led me to product design. Today, with nearly seven years of experience, I work on digital products for Verizon through Publicis Sapient, helping simplify complex experiences and create products that are useful, intuitive, and built to scale.
